Option 1. Inside the app (fastest)
- Open Socialish and tap You.
- Open settings and tap Delete account and data.
- Confirm. The app erases your profile, check-in scores, completed lessons, saved insights, reflections and streak from your phone, signs you out, and returns to the first screen.
This is the same option we are required to provide inside any app that lets you sign in. It works offline.
Option 2. Delete the app
Deleting Socialish from your iPhone removes everything stored on the device. If you use iCloud Backup, a copy may remain in an old backup until that backup is replaced or deleted in Settings, your name, iCloud, Manage Storage, Backups.
Stop Sign in with Apple
If you signed in with Apple: Settings, your name, Sign-In & Security, Sign in with Apple, Socialish, Stop Using Apple ID. We hold no account for you, so this ends the link on Apple's side.
Cancel your subscription
Deleting your data or the app does not cancel billing. To cancel: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Socialish, Cancel Subscription. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Data we hold about you
The app's data lives on your device, so we hold none of it. We hold only what you gave us through this website:
- Newsletter: your email. Unsubscribe with the link in any email, or ask us to erase it.
- Messages sent through the contact form.
To have these erased, use the form below or email hello@socialish.app from the address you used. We confirm within 3 working days and finish within 30 days.
